At Raghunandan Prasad Rameshwar Prasad Jewellers, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original certificates, invoices, and packaging must be included.
Return must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
Only items eligible for return will be accepted — see non-returnable items below.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Customized jewellery (personalized engravings, special orders, altered sizes/designs).
Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales.
Made-to-order or bespoke designs.
Jewellery that shows signs of wear or has been damaged after delivery.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at info@rameshwarprasadjwellers.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our customer care team will confirm your eligibility and provide return shipping instructions.
3. Securely pack the item with all original documents and packaging.
4. Ship the item using a trusted courier with insurance. We recommend using a trackable service.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and passes our quality inspection:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when requesting the return.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability. Please mention your preferred exchange option while requesting a return.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping, as applicable.
